2.11 2.1 to 2.2 upgrade

These are the upgrade instructions for when you have currently Daisy 2.1 installed.

As described in the above notes, this release contains a change to the ACL model which makes a perfect automated upgrade impossible (in certain cases) in case you rely on the read-live permission.
